Introduction
When you reach the Future era, you will begin to discover alternative versions of the future. You'll first notice a construction site at the beginning of each version. They will appear outside of your city. As a construction site it will not yet be functional, you will need to unlock a technology in each Future version. Once built, these settlements allow you to launch expeditions for the production of special goods. For an expedition you will have to hire a crew aboard your conveyance. You will also ensure that your transportation is properly maintained to maximize the performance of your shipments. But beware, each crew member will have specific skills, so you have to choose them according to the purpose you're targeting. Also repairs the vehicle will cost you goods. Finally, be aware that you will be able to update your extraction site by unlocking a technology. This will allow you, for example, to hire an additional crew member or have more crew members. Below you will find the various special goods you can produce (click on the desired one for more details).

Era Outpost
When you reach the Space Age Mars, you will begin to manage a space colony. To visit your very own colony, click on the rocket in your city. Producing era goods requires you to gain a special good.
Open the Campaign Map and select the Space Age to be able to see where to expand to. Once you have made your claim on the Campaign, you will find special goods deposits on some of the sectors you have conquered. Click on the special good to send an exploration team to it. Depending on the good, this may take some time to complete! Once the exploration phase is complete, you can either battle or negotiate for the special good to process it further.
Once the special good has been extracted, the goods building in your colony can process it further and provide you with plenty of new your goods to trade, research and build with!
Once you reach Space Age Asteroid Belt, you will unlock Synthesizers. A synthesizer is a type of goods building that lets you produce goods in your main city that you previously had the ability to produce in your colony or collect on the continents map.
In Space Age Asteroid Belt you will unlock the Mars Ore Synthesizer and the Mars goods synthesizers.
In Space Age Venus you will unlock the Asteroid Ice Synthesizer and the Asteroid goods synthesizers.
Below you will find the various special goods you can produce.
